PLAYER AGES :
The 2019 tournament is reserved for boys and girls born after 1 January 2006.
ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE DATES :
All foreign delegations must arrive at Pacé on the 22 March, before 8 PM, and must depart, at the latest, on Monday 25 March during the morning.
French teams must be present at Pacé before 8 PM friday the 22 March, and must leave after the final ceremony on Sunday 24
March, around 8pm.
ALL DELEGATIONS MUST ASSIST AT THE FINAL CEREMONY
CONDITIONS OF STAY :
Lodging and meals for 10 players and associated officials (a coach, delegate and referee(s)) are entirely taken care of by the Euro Pacé Association during their stay at Pacé.
Other people (friends, family, supporters...) must arrange and pay their own lodging and meals. The Euro Pacé Association can help
finding and reserving a hotel close to Pacé, or you are free to book yourselves.
Transport fees are the responsibility of the invited delegations, they are not met in any way by the Euro Pacé Assocation. This includes any fees associated with lodging and meals for drivers.
INSURANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY :
The Euro Pacé Assocation assumes no responsibility in case of accident, sickness or injury occurring to any invited delegation member. The Euro Pacé Assocation does not pay any medical or pharmacy related fees. The Euro Pacé Assocation is not responsible for anything stolen during the tournament.
ACTIVITIES IN THE MARQUEE
Each delegation can, during the tournament, present its town or city, its area and its country. It can sell artisanal products, culinary and gastronomic specialties, etc. Stand officials (at most 2) can have lodging and meals arranged and paid for by the Euro Pacé Association or, alternatively, can arrange and pay for their own accommodation such as a hotel. Transport fees, as always, remain the responsibility of the exhibitors.
CULTURAL GROUPS :
The members of a cultural group accompanying a delegation can have lodging and meals arranged and paid for by the Euro Pacé Association or, alternatively, can arrange and pay for their own accommodation such as a hotel. Transport fees, as always, remain the responsibility of the cultural group.
